By creating or using a TraderNexus account, you agree to these Terms of Service and the related Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Risk Disclaimer.

The service provides hosted software tools including MT4 package generation, telemetry ingestion, dashboards, alerts, and trade-operations controls.

You are responsible for account security, API key handling, broker platform settings, and all actions taken through your workspace.

Service availability is provided on a commercially reasonable basis and may change as features evolve, maintenance occurs, or abuse controls trigger.

We may suspend or restrict access for fraud, abuse, security risk, legal requirements, unpaid invoices, or violations of acceptable use.

Except where prohibited by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of trading performance or uninterrupted operation.

Liability is limited to fees paid for the service period in dispute, and never includes consequential trading losses caused by market conditions.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
