TraderNexus stores account identity, organization membership, hashed API keys, configuration, MT4 telemetry, alerts, audit events, and support artifacts needed to operate the service.

API key full secrets are shown once at creation and stored only as hashes. Passwords are stored as secure password hashes.

We use this information to run workspace features, secure accounts, monitor abuse, process billing events, and provide support.

We do not sell personal data. Service providers (hosting, email, payment) process data on our behalf under their terms.

Where UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 apply, TraderNexus acts as controller for account data and processor for customer workspace data submitted by users.

International data transfers, if any, are handled using lawful transfer mechanisms such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

For policy questions or deletion requests, contact support from your account workspace and include your Business ID.
